I only saw 20 AWG wire on the website so hopefully that'll work. I will definitely attach power to both ends and in the middle as needed.
It won't. 20 AWG is rated at 5A, 18AWG at 10A. Your supplies can produce 12A5, though I'm not sure that we fully identified the maximum load current for your LED strips.

If you really can't find some 18AWG wire, you could use an adequately rated (>=10A) 2-core mains flex. Or if 20AWG is really your only option, add an extra pair from each PSU to the centre of each strip (you will still need the wires in parallel with the strips to balance the load).
