I have never seen the "Asynchronous SError Interrupt" error before with PINN.
I suspect either a faulty SD card, or PINN wasn't installed onto it correctly. This can happen if your SD card adaptor is not suitable for your type of SD card.
If you have a recent bootloader on your Pi5, you could use the Net Install version of RPi Imager to install PINN directly onto your SD card. Just boot up your RPi5 with ethernet and keyboard attached, but NO SD card. Press Shift when prompted to download RPi imager through the net install, insert your SD card and install PINN to it. That might avoid any SD card adaptor issues.
