Maybe the OP could clarify whether they are using an DS18B20 or ISO203. My gut feeling is they are using a DS18B20 and use of an ISO203 on a DS18B20 carrier module was a misinterpretation. Note the OP never mentioned laser measurement.
This appears to be an issue with Wokwi IDE simulation so how physical hardware should be wired would appear to be irrelevant. That both work separately for the OP but not together suggests to me a coding error or a Wokwi IDE simulation issue.
Post the code, and detail what doesn't work, what error messages there may be.
My guess would be it's getting stuck in a loop doing one thing but not the other.
