Which is missing the point. We all know how to run things like apt and apt-get, but they are only as good as the repositories they depend upon. If the stuff in the repo is bad or out-of-date, using the right command line syntax for apt isn't going to help.apt is a shell (Command Line) tool that can perform all the package installation tasks you need to undertake.
From what I've read in this thread, that is, of course guaranteed to work, but is (badly) out of date, compared to the more "live" places from which LO can be obtained.As already mentioned installing libreoffice-pi works.sudo apt install libreoffice-pi
Note that "up to date-ness" is probably not all that important for LO for most people, but it is to some people.
