Thank you for your answers.

I opt for an all-in-one kit (instead of: 1. buying individual parts and device from such kit 2. making my own power supply from a 12V power supply)

My HDD, need:
5V not less than 0.85A
12V not less than 0.75A

So in summary, its less than 24 watts.
I read comment on the internet, problem starts when HDD require more than 25 Watts per second.

Before buying an all-in-one kit, I need to ask the seller about the power supply parameters.

I also plan to test the power supply (from the all-in-one kit) with a multimeter (voltage only)
to avoid any problems:
