The charger previously linked on Ali Express may be able to simultaneously deliver 5V at 3A on three or more ports and this might power three Pi 5 computers. Then again, it might not.Your only hope is to find a multi-outlet USB-C PD supply which offers 5V 5A on at least three ports and a high enough total power delivery to provide 75W plus power for anything else you plug in to the same supply. Preferably from a reputable manufacturer so you can have some reassurance that it will meet its specification without overheating, crashing, burning or otherwise misbehaving.
As far as I know, there have been no reports here of such a PSU.
If I needed a supply that could power a bunch of Pi 5 computers I'd probably buy a one like

but maybe not this exact model.
Another thought is to repurpose an older PC ATX power supply with a beefy 5V rail as described in
viewtopic.php?p=1690607#p1690607
Note the 5V rail on an ATX supply may be difficult to adjust if the Pi 5 computers report low voltage. The 60A supply linked above has an adjustable output that could be set to 5.1V if needed.
In my opinion, for a cluster of three Pi 5 computers using three wall warts makes sense, especially since only two more would be needed as the person making the original post already has one.
