Troubleshooting • Main Drive not mounted on reboot

My Pi no longer boots to Desktop after a reboot. Recently, the drive had reached 100% capacity from some recurring log files I never got around to cleaning up. I was able to remount the drive using "sudo mount -o remount,rw /" and clean up the log files. This also immediately boots the Pi to the desktop as I would expect. However, every time I reboot, it goes back to the command line, and I need to remount the drive to get to the desktop or do anything beyond reading the file system. Does anyone have some ideas of what the problem is?

I have tried going into raspi-config and setting Boot Options to Desktop Auto Login, with no luck.
