There are reports of failed PD negotiation atI think (but without evidence yet but we will investigate) that the reports of the official supply not negotiating 5A correctly probably indicate a bad PS, rather than any issues with PD itself. Or the fault might be at the Pi end. Given the huge number of supplies we make, the low number of reported problems does indicate a fairly low error rate fortunately.
